INSTINCT RENDER PACK - IELTS LISTENING MASTER SERIES (10 x 60s 9:16 WHITEBOARD VIDEOS)
Owner: Hisham Abdelfadil (Story Bridge English / Cambridge English Hub)
Prepared: Sunday, November 1, 2026

HOW TO USE THIS PACK
1. Start with 01_MASTER_INDEX.txt for the full list of episodes and status.
2. Use 02_STYLE_GUIDE.txt for the visual rules that apply to every video.
3. For each video, send Instinct the matching file in episodes/ (ep01 to ep10). Each file holds the title, concept, aspect ratio, duration, second-by-second cues, on-screen text, voiceover with timestamps, and the thumbnail prompt.
4. Thumbnail and infographic prompts are in thumbnails_prompts/.
5. Publishing title, description, and tags are in metadata/publishing_metadata.txt.

IMPORTANT BEFORE PUBLISHING
- No Cambridge IELTS transcript or audio is in the workspace yet. Every speaker line, figure, and name is a teaching reconstruction from topic summaries and is marked [VERIFY].
- Replace every [VERIFY] line with exact transcript text before any video is published. Do not publish unverified quotes as Cambridge text.
- Episode 1 has a generated infographic (media id 401078ab-23c4-43fc-b1dc-a39e037bb88d). The others are layout specs only.

SOURCE FILES USED
- documents/ielts_listening_ep1_gavin_murray_deliverable.txt (Episode 1 full script)
- documents/ielts_listening_master_series_full_package.txt (Episodes 2 to 10 storyboards and voiceovers)
- documents/ielts_listening_master_series.txt (series framework; episode numbering there differs for some episodes, see index notes)
- documents/ielts_geeky_master_curriculum.txt (production rules)

GOLDEN RULES USED IN EVERY VIDEO
1. Listen for the question's focus, not the first matching word.
2. Corrections, opinions, and negative instructions change the answer. Track the final version.
3. Distractors are real details that answer a different question.
4. Signpost words (actually, however, the main point) mark where the answer changes.

NOTES ON SOURCE CONFLICTS
- The older file documents/ielts_listening_master_series.txt lists different topics for episodes 6 to 10 (for example Episode 6 Section 3 dissertation, Episode 10 Paul Smiley repairs). This pack follows documents/ielts_listening_master_series_full_package.txt, which is the later version. Confirm the final episode order with Hisham before rendering episodes 6 to 10.
- Episode 1 has a different angle in the older file (Tim's Friday vs Saturday). This pack follows the Episode 1 deliverable (Gavin Murray floor and watch value), which is the approved script.
- Episode 9 in the older file is Australian aridity. In this pack, Australian rainfall is Episode 7.

RENDER ORDER
Episode 1 first (only one with a generated infographic). Then episodes 2 to 10 after transcript verification.

Title card: the final 4 seconds of every episode show the episode title card and the footer "Story Bridge English | Cambridge English Hub".
Logo and channel: footer only. No watermark over the drawing.

PART 1 - VOICEOVER SCRIPT WITH SECOND-BY-SECOND VISUAL CUES (60 seconds, 9:16)

[00-04] VISUAL: Blank white board. Marker draws an insurance form with four boxes: Name, Address, Contents, Valuable item. Caption: "Section 1: the final correction wins."
VOICEOVER: "You hear a form being completed. The speaker corrects a value. Your job is to write the final version, not the first one."

[04-12] VISUAL: Marker writes "Murray, Gavin" in the Name box. Then "16C Biggins Street" in Address. Camera pushes in slowly.
VOICEOVER: "The name and address come first. Spell them exactly as spoken. Check each letter before you move on. [VERIFY: exact name and address lines from transcript]"

[12-24] VISUAL: Floor plan sketch with the number "2" written in a Floor box. An eraser strikes it out and "3" is written. Camera pans to the eraser. Caption: "Trap A: correction on the floor."
VOICEOVER: "Now the speaker says one floor, then corrects it. Only the corrected figure goes on the form. [VERIFY: exact floor wording and correction phrase]"

[24-36] VISUAL: Two price tags appear. "$4,000 contents" is struck through in grey. Watch icon with a tag circled in green. Caption: "Trap B: distractor figure."

[36-48] VISUAL: A small magnifier scans the spoken sentence and highlights the signpost word that marks the change. Caption: "Signpost words mark the answer."
VOICEOVER: "Listen for words like actually, sorry, or no, that's wrong. They tell you the answer has changed. [VERIFY: the actual signpost word used in the recording]"

[48-56] VISUAL: Form now completed with three green ticks and one grey cross beside the rejected figure.
VOICEOVER: "Write what the question asks for. Check the word limit. Then check spelling against what you heard."

[56-60] VISUAL: Title card: "Listening Ep 1: Final Value Wins. Story Bridge English."
VOICEOVER: "Follow for the next episode. Practice the form, then check your answer against the transcript."

PART 2 - BREAKDOWN CARD (text version of the infographic)
Title: The Final Correction Wins
Trap A (Floor): the speaker corrects a number. Write the corrected value only.
Trap B (Watch value): a distractor figure answers another question. Write the figure attached to the watch.
Rule set: 1. Read the question noun first. 2. Corrections replace earlier values. 3. Distractor figures answer another question.
